My account

How can I create an account?

Go to ‘Register’ tab, fill in the form, and confirm your registration. You will receive an email with login details within one working day.

As soon as you log into the webshop for the first time, you will be asked to change your password. Just fill in the form and save the changes. You can also change your password later at any time. Go to ‘my account’ and then to ‘change password’.

How to change my account details?

You can change your account data at any time. Just click on the ‘Your information’ tab in the "My account" section, append changes and save.

Can we create an extra account for our company?

Yes, if you need an extra username for your account, create a new one in ‘your users’ on your accountpage.

Orders

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Yes, to place an order in the Thermaflex webshop you always need an account.

Can I order just one 2-meter long tube or 1 meter of sheet?

The minimum order quantity is full packages. Therefore it’s not possible to order one piece of tube or 1 meter of sheet.

Can I withdraw my order, after confirmation?

Please contact Thermaflex customer service at webshop@thermaflex.com and we‘ll do our best to help you.

Can I change my order after I confirmed?

How can I get the pricelist?

Let us know at webshop@thermaflex.com if you want a pricelist. We’ll send it by email.

Can I order samples?

For a sample kit with several products, please send us a request at webshop@thermaflex.com.

Shipping and delivery

When will I receive my order?

Within 1 working day after we receive your order, we’ll send you an order confirmation, including the expected delivery time.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up your order directly from us - Thermaflex Izolacji Sp. z o. o. However, you should inform us about it already at the stage of placing the order, using the field for additional comments. We’ll inform you about the day to pick up the order in the Order Confirmation.

How to change delivery address?

The default delivery address is in your account. When placing an order, you have the option to change the default delivery address, or add a new (extra) delivery address. If you want to change the delivery address áfter the order has been dispatched, please contact Thermaflex customer service at webshop@thermaflex.com. We’ll do our best to make the change.

Payment

What are the available payment methods?

Payment at the Thermaflex webshop is only possible on account. After our confirmation we’ll send you the invoice.

Returns

I am not satisfied with the delivery

If, despite our exit check and careful shipping method, the item is damaged or it does not meet your expectations, we would like to hear from you. Please contact us as soon as possible at webshop@thermaflex.com. We provide a suitable solution as soon as possible.

Can I return my order or exchange for another product?

If you want to return or exchange an order, please contact Thermaflex customer service at webshop@thermaflex.com . We‘ll do our best to help you.
